On Saturday at approximately 3:40 p.m., the West New York Police Department was notified of a pedestrian struck by a motorcycle in the area of Bergenline Avenue and 57th Street, Suarez said in a statement.
Responding officers located a 54-year-old man from Union City with life-threatening injuries and the occupant(s) of the motorcycle fled the scene on foot. The victim was transported to Jersey City Medical Center, where he remains in critical condition.
The Hudson County Regional Collision Investigation Unit and the West New York PD are actively investigating this case.

All information will be kept confidential.
I know that WNY and Hudson County law enforcement will catch this motorcycle driver. WNY deserves credit for beginning to enforce a new ordinance that precludes motorcycle parking in non-metered, on-street car parking spots.
