Four Jersey City men have been charged with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old Bayonne girl who they met after she ran away from home, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez announced.

Nasire Williams, 26, has been charged with second-degree sexual assault, third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, and fourth-degree criminal sexual contact, Suarez said in a statement.
He was arrested at the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office in Jersey City just after 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 16th.
Elijah Sparkman, 21, has been charged with second-degree sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arrested at the HCPO in Jersey City just after 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 17th.
Additionally, Deveon Palms, 19, has been charged with second-degree sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child and was arrested at the same location just after 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 7th.
Finally, Xavier Feliciano, 23, has also been charged with second-degree sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arrested at the same time and place as Sparkman.
Suarez credited the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and the
Jersey City Police Department for the investigation and arrest.
