Union City, West New York police square off in charity basketball game

The Union City and West New York Police Departments squared off in a charity basketball game last night to raise money for the Special Olympics.

Although the Union City police won in pretty definitive fashion, 73-28, their West New York counterparts still enjoyed they experience, based on a post on their Facebook page.

“Great game between our fellow brothers and sisters from our neighboring city. They came in strong and represented with sportsmanship and class,” they wrote.
