Hudson County View had a chance to catch up with State Senator Nick Sacco (D-32) on Wednesday, where we discussed new legislation that could potentially benefit New Jersey drivers who are unjustly ticketed in another state.
Sacco, also the North Bergen Mayor, has recently taken a firm stance on abolishing red light cameras in New Jersey and this new bill comes from that same mindset.Â
He also touched on why he felt red light cameras have been more of a detriment than a help in the Garden State.
