Arriving officers found the body of Albanelis Vidal De Larosa, 51, of Jersey City, in a lifeless state wrapped in blankets and left on the sidewalk in front of 79-81 Reservoir Ave. She was pronounced dead at the scene at approximately 10:00 a.m., authorities said.
