Andrew Miller, 30, of Newark, is accused of criminal sexual contact, according to Port Authority police spokesman Joe Pentangelo.
At approximately 8:30 a.m. on Monday, August 8, the 24-year-old victim reported that she was touched inappropriately by a man aboard a PATH train in Jersey City, which was traveling to Harrison, officials said.
The victim, an Essex County resident, notified Port Authority police of the incident and refused medical attention. She was then able to identify a photo of the suspect from a surveillance video, authorities said.
Port Authority police officers saw and identified Miller around 5 p.m. yesterday, placing him under arrest without incident. Miller is currently at the Hudson County jail in Kearny, police said.
He should know better . People on thier way to work do not need that filthy stuff.
this happens way too often to be a “”accident”” !
Where have I seen Andrew before? I seem to remember a “comedian” named “Andy Dick”! Don’t know if he ever groped anybody but that name… that name! If Andrew Miller grabbed me on the PATH train, I’d be laughing all the way to the bank! If he’s not rich, well, the Port Authority is! Head high, nameless victim – sing it with me. “We’re in the money, we’re in the money…”
