Dominic Slockbower, 36, of Vernon, was charged with theft of services and theft by unlawful taking, according to Port Authority police spokesman Joe Pentangelo.

At about 4 p.m. yesterday, Port Authority police arrested Slockbower after he was found to be responsible for 206 EZPass toll violations, under 21 separate accounts, totaling over $12,740, officials said.

The suspect had been pulled over in Weehawken at the Lincoln Tunnel Toll Booth by Port Authority Police Officer Mike Fusco, who recognized the 2006 white Toyota Scion as a habitual toll violator in a toll lane and pulled him over, authorities said.

Slockbower is due back in Central Judicial Processing court in Jersey City on March 10, police said.
