A North Bergen man was arrested for criminal sexual contact near Goya Foods in Secaucus last week for “allegedly inappropriately touching a female victim while exposing himself,” police said.

Edgar A. Maury-Desales, 52, of North Bergen, was charged with criminal sexual contact and lewdness on Thursday morning, according to Police Det. Sgt. Michael Torres.
On November 10 at 09:07 a.m, Maury-Desales was arrested in the area of 100 Seaview Drive, the address of Goya Foods. Maury-Desales allegedly inappropriately touched a female victim while exposing himself, officials said.
His bail was set at $2,500.00 with a 10 percent option, which was later posted and released, authorities said.
No further information was immediately available.
