The New Jersey 9/11 Memorial Foundation is host an Empty Sky Memorial Walk in Jersey City next month to raise funds to help complete and provide maintenance and care to the empty sky memorial’s outside steel panel walls.

The event will commence on Sunday, April 17th at 10:00 a.m. at the Empty Sky Memorial, located in Liberty State Park at 1 Audrey Zapp Dr. in Jersey City, the NJ 9/11 Memorial Foundation said in a news release.
Check-in for the event begins at 8:30 a.m. and the walk is scheduled to start at 10:00 a.m. on the dot. The admission fee for the general public is $40.00 and includes a free event tee shirt, though children 10 years old and younger are free.
