U.S. Rep. Rob Menendez (D-8) went off on a heckler outside of Newark’s Delaney Hall yesterday, saying “f*** you,” giving him the middle finger, and calling him a dumbass as he yelled at him about immigration and his father’s federal corruption conviction.

Independent journalist Yaakov Strasberg posted the 81-second exchange on X yesterday (embedded above) and it has since garnered nearly a quarter billion views.
As Menendez is giving an on-camera interview with NJ Spotlight News, a man asks “how’s your dad congressman?” which he laughed off, with the heckler repeating “how’s your dad congressman?” before taking it to the next level.
“Congressman, you helped kill Dayanara Cortes, congressman,” he shouted.
Cortes was killed in August by an undocumented Mexican immigrant who was driving drunk, with a blood alcohol content over three times the legal limit, in Lakewood, the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office said at the time.
“Do you believe pregnant women should be in there right now?” Menendez asked the heckler as Democratic elected officials throughout the state protested alleged deplorable conditions inside the federal detention center.
“Yes,” the heckler replied. “Why?” Menendez asked.
“They just have to sign a paper and they can go home.” the heckler asserted.
Menendez says you can go home at any time, to which the heckler says they’re not allowed to be here, and therefore, they also have to go home.
“How’s your dad?” the heckler asked again. “He’s fantastic, how ’bout that? F*** you,” Menendez replies before flipping the bird in stereotypical New Jersey fashion.
The two-term congressman, who is seeking a third in next week’s Democratic primary where early voting is already underway, then angrily approaches the heckler and asks if he believes in due process, noting he’s carrying an American flag.
“They got the process they’re due, citizens don’t get as much process as illegals. Citizens don’t get as much process as illegals,” the heckler shouts.
“Trump’s two wives are immigrants you dumbass!” Menendez exclaims as he walks away.
The congressman declined to comment further, stating that the video speaks for itself.
Gov. Mikie Sherrill (D), U.S. Senator Andy Kim (D-NJ), 8th District congressional candidate Mussab Ali, among many other politicos, went to Delaney Hall over the holiday weekend over an alleged hunger strike by detainees due to deplorable conditions.
Menendez in particular said he was present after a constituent said that her husband was inside the facility and was pleading for assistance.
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security denied there was a hunger strike and claimed Democratic politicians were using Delaney Hall as a photo op/fundraising ploy.

Due process for all these illegal aliens inside Delaney is called Port of Entry, and it is on the books since 1952. And if you count Ellis Island, 1892. Long before they were born. Go to US consulate of your choice, apply for a visa and come if allowed. No jumping line before fellow foreigners, no safe countries hopping, no child rapists, no anchor babies to scam taxpayers.

He was arrested in NJ twice before killing Dayanara, and even after that, Scherill refuses to honor detainer from ICE. Why would a Mexican criminal obey the NJ laws if he was invited by gov. Murphy, provided driver license despite no English language command, and a free money to buy a car?

Like father like son. The menendez SCAMily has a history of not following the rules in this country as per our US Constitution. Breaking the law runs in this family and they aid and abet illegal aliens who are also breaking our laws and entering illegally. The menendez SCAMily and illegal aliens must follow our laws, borders, language and culture. If they entered illegally, regardless of whether they are pregnant or have been here ILLEGALLY for many years or a few years, they don’t belong here and should be documented as such and then thrown out of OUR country, along with people like the menendez SCAMily who aid and abet these illegal aliens. Both of PDJT’s wives went through the process. They immigrated the right way, not the illegal way. They waited on line and went through the process. They didn’t enter illegally.
