Dear Friends and Neighbors,
This November, we have a unique and important opportunity to elect a dedicated Republican public servant as our next Hudson County sheriff — Elvis Alvarez.
Elvis has served his own community in West New York as a detective with professionalism and effectiveness for over twenty years!
He understands the importance of supporting our police officers, protecting our most vulnerable residents, and working closely with our next governor, Jack Ciattarelli, to implement and execute tough-on-crime policies and allow our brave police officers to do their jobs!
Unfortunately, if we elect Jimmy Davis and Mikie Sherrill — they will follow the same old Democrat insider playbook: handcuffing our police, letting criminals walk free, and putting politics over public safety.
As our current long-time Sheriff Frank Schillari has pointed out, if Mayor Davis cannot be trusted to be an ethical mayor, what kind of example would he set in the Sheriff’s Office?
The Bayonne Republican Party stands firmly with our law enforcement officers and with leaders who put the safety of our families first.
