“Pride Month is a time to celebrate love, authenticity, and the diversity that strengthens our community,” Mayor Emily Jabbour said in a statement.
“Hoboken is proud to stand with our LGBTQ+ residents and allies, and these events reflect our city’s commitment to inclusion, visibility, and belonging. I encourage everyone to join us throughout June as we celebrate Pride together.”
The seven community events were organized in partnership with the Hoboken Pride Advisory Committee, the City’s Division of Cultural Affairs, and local community organizations.
“Celebrating Pride Month is one of the many ways Hoboken gives life to its commitment to be a safe and welcoming city for all,” added Hoboken Pride Advisory Committee Chair Cathy Williams.
“We’re excited to have another great line-up of Pride events this June, and whether you’re a member of the LGBTQIA+ community or not, we hope you’ll join us.”

Gay rights fatigue is starting to set in. Why can’t they just mind there own business and try and live in peace like the rest of us? Why do they always got to be in our face with their sexuality? Because they are just like us I suppose.
