Former North Bergen attorney Herb Klitzner honored with proclamation

Herb Klitzner, who served as the township attorney for North Bergen for 29 years, received a proclamation from North Bergen Mayor Nick Sacco and the board of commissioners at Wednesday morning’s meeting.
