Maria DeLeon, 72, of Clifton, was last seen near the area of 43rd Street and Bergenline Avenue around 7:20 p.m. on Monday, prompting the Union City Police Department to label DeLeon - who suffers from health conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease and diabetes – an “endangered elderly person.”

Described as being 5 feet 3 inches tall, about 130 pounds, and typically wearing a sandy blonde wig over her black hair, DeLeon – who only speaks Spanish – was found in Fairview late last night, Molinari tweeted just after 11 p.m.

Described by family members as shy and timid, police noted that DeLeon had no family members in the area she went missing from.
