Town spokeswoman Pilar Montero said that PSE&G crews have been working in the area of Port Imperial Boulevard since last night and due to extensive underground work, power estimation is expected to occur around 6 p.m. tonight.

According to the PSE&G power outage map, an outage near the intersection of Port Imperial Boulevard of Riverwalk Place occurred around 4:56 a.m. and has affected 889 customers.

A second, less serious outage, occurred in the area of Avenue at Port Imperial and Fulton Court at about 9:43 p.m. yesterday – impacting 472 customers.

Very minor outages near Anthony M. DeFino Way and Park Avenue have also caused issues for less than a dozen PSE&G customers.
