Three painting thieves caught stealing from Two Boots Jersey City, a popular pizzeria located at 133 Newark Ave., were identified after surveillance footage of the incident was posted on the food establishment’s Facebook page.

“We need your help! Please help us identify the thieves in this short video who stole our Divine painting,” they wrote above a surveillance video posted on their Facebook page at 9:40 p.m. on Sunday.

“You won’t believe this until you watch! Share this with your friends. $100 Two Boots Jersey City gift certificate is our reward for their names. Thanks!”

At the 30-second mark of the 79-second video, a man wearing dark pants and a black shirt snatches a painting off the wall before running out the door with another man wearing a similar outfit, as well as a woman in a lime green shirt.

The next day, the 4th of July, at 11:20 a.m., a commenter claimed that the three individuals worked at Aumm Aumm Pizzeria & Wine Bar in North Bergen.

A little over an hour later, the Two Boots replied to their original surveillance video post stating that the painting thieves would turn themselves over to the police after the owner of Aumm Aumm was contacted.
